PHOTO: A River Falls man remained in critical condition Tuesday after being struck by a semi-trailer one day earlier on Highway 35. River Falls Deputy Police Chief Jon Aubart said the 62-year-old man was being treated at Regions Hospital in St. Paul after sustaining life-threatening injuries in the crash. The pedestrian’s identity was not released as of Tuesday morning. River Falls ambulance crews and police were seen responding to a person lying on the roadway in the northbound lane of Highway 35 traffic — just north of the Highway 65 off-ramp from River Falls.
