VIDEO: Thousands of people were left without power after a strong storm passed through southeast Wisconsin early Thursday morning. Nearly 11,000 people were still without power as of 8:30 a.m. The storm brought down trees and power lines across the area. There are reports of damage from Waukesha, Milwaukee and Racine counties. According to the National Weather Service, the storms had an estimated winds of 40 to 55 mph, 1 inch hail and frequent lightning with downpours.
