VIDEO: No one was injured Tuesday in an early-morning fire in the 200 block of Merritt Avenue. Oshkosh Fire Chief Tim Franz said authorities responded to a fire in a duplex at 1:51 a.m. About 80 percent of the roof and attic were burning upon their arrival. Five companies responded to the scene. The flames were as high as 20 feet, Franz said. Firefighters had the fire under control within 90 minutes.
