Fire broke out on the balcony of a third-floor condominium in HarborPark Saturday afternoon, causing the evacuation of the building and displacing several residents overnight. The Kenosha Fire Department was alerted to the fire at 420 57th St. at about 5:25 p.m. The fire appeared to have started on the balcony of a third-floor, corner-unit condominium. The resident of the condo was not home when the fire occurred, and it was unclear what caused the fire. No one was injured and the cause is still under investigation. Resident Jim Kuntzelman and his wife Diane live on the first floor, two floors directly below the condo that burned.
