Clinton police have made two arrests but are still looking for two more suspects they believe started fires at a church-owned house and a playground earlier this month. The main fire caused $200,000 in damage to a home owned by First Presbyterian Church at 314 Church St., Police Chief David Hooker said. Then investigators discovered that someone had tried to set playground equipment on fire. Someone also had stolen three swings, a tarp that covered the top of the Noah's Ark play ship and the ship's wheel, Hooker said.
