No one was injured in a fire that caused extensive damage to a trailer home at 9027 County Highway Q Tuesday night. According to Watertown Interim Fire Chief Kraig Biefeld, nobody was home when firefighters arrived on the scene at about 3:24 p.m. Biefeld said it took firefighters about 20 minutes to knock down the fire, which was contained to its area of origin shortly after crews arrived. "The fire stayed in the area it was in when we arrived on scene," Biefeld said. "It didn't progress any further. That's always one of our goals." Even so, Biefeld estimated the damage to the 900-square-foot trailer and its contents to be about $90,000. "It's pretty much a total loss," he said.
