Sun Prairie EMS Director James “Kep” Anderson, who resigned in April, admitted to wrestling with a female employee, destroying city property and not following controlled substance policies, during a city investigation interview.
In documents The Star obtained through a public records request, City of Sun Prairie staff verified six allegations made by the International Association of Firefighters (IAFF) union Local 311. Other allegations were either disavowed by Sun Prairie EMS staff or couldn’t be verified.
