A collision between a truck carrying bottled products and a car in the Zoo Interchange caused a fire and created traffic backups in Wauwatosa Wednesday afternoon, May 31. No injuries have been reported. Officials have reopened westbound Interstate 94 after it was closed for over an hour due to the vehicle and truck fire. "The vehicles collided, causing one of the fuel tanks of the truck to catch fire," Wauwatosa Assistant Fire Chief Jim Case said. "The only thing that was left was the motor and transmission of the truck."
