A tree coming down in a Near West Side neighborhood on Saturday fell onto power lines, with the subsequent arcing causing damage to multiple trees and a wooden deck. The fire happened at about 4:15 p.m. in the 3900 block of Plymouth Circle, the Madison Fire Department said.
