VIDEO: The 37-year-old Sheboygan man arrested in an arson case involving racist graffiti was allegedly obsessed with the woman whose car was targeted in the attack last week, a man who knew him told police. Chee Moua Lee is facing multiple felony and misdemeanor charges after his arrest this week in connection with the June 21 vehicle fire. Officers found four swastikas and other graffiti scrawled on a west-side Sheboygan property near where a Honda sedan was set aflame in a private driveway early that morning.
