A new three-year fire and rescue joint contract between the city of Beaver Dam and five towns was approved by Beaver Dam Common Council Monday. Council President Jon Litscher complimented Beaver Dam Fire Chief Alan Mannel and the town representatives who make up the Beaver Dam Community Fire and Rescue Association for renegotiating the contract. The towns of Beaver Dam, Calamus, Lowell, Westford, Trenton and the city of Beaver Dam make up the association.
