VIDEO: Locations for a new fire station on Eau Claire's north side was one of the topics discussed at Thursday’s Eau Claire Police and Fire Commission meeting. The new building would replace Fire Station 10, which is located at the corner of Hastings Way and Birch Street in Eau Claire. The city says Fire Station 10 was built back in 1949, and it's outdated. Fire Chief Chris Bell says possible locations for the new station are in the same area as the current station.
