The bodies of two people were found Monday inside a house that was destroyed by a fire late Sunday night, officials said. Firefighters were called at 11:31 p.m. Sunday to a house on Highway 82 east of Elroy. Deputies said a family member of the two people who lived in the home attempted unsuccessfully to get them out. The family member suffered multiple burns and was taken to a medical facility. The deceased, believed to be the homeowners, were found in the remains of the house, officials said.
