VIDEO: Each year on May 4th many around celebrate International Firefighters' Day by thanking those who help to protect our communities. Monday morning on Sunrise 7, we celebrated a little bit early. S.A.F.E.R Fire Department in Rib Mountain invited us into their station for a 'morning in the life' segment. During that time, we were taught about firefighter's gear, their training, and their trucks. "We were about ten or more pieces of gear all together, and it's pretty heavy," explained S.A.F.E.R firefighter Stephan Hass.
