VIDEO: An 18-year-old homeless man will spend five years in prison for trying to burn a restaurant down while holding children prisoner there. Jesus A. Castilloveitia-Quinton will spend another 19 years on extended supervision following his prison term, Brown County Circuit Judge Kendall Kelley ordered Tuesday. Castilloveitia-Quinton lured a group of children into his “secret hideout” in the closed Ten O One Club tavern, 1001 Main St., in August. He then tried to keep them there after setting several fires in the building, according to a criminal complaint.
