VIDEO: An Eau Claire man is charged after his family members told police he started a fire inside his home. 27-year-old Jayson Harding appeared in Eau Claire County court via video Wednesday where a judge issued a signature bond. He faces four counts, including arson of a building. According to a criminal complaint, family members told police they went into Harding's home where it was full of smoke on October 27. Documents say they quickly put the flames out. Family members say they found Harding lying on his bed and could not wake him up - that's when police were called.
