VIDEO: The La Crosse Fire Department added four new firefighters to its force Tuesday night during a pinning ceremony. The department welcomed Joe Albrecht, Tyler Hoerres, Jake Lincoln and Nic Woslager. The four men have been serving on the department for around a year taking part in extensive training and learning the ins and outs of how operations work. "It's incredible, I mean this has been a dream for me ever since I knew I wanted to become a fireman when I was in high school," Joe Albrecht, said. "It's been a long time coming and I'm just glad I made it." Following the ceremony, dozens of firefighters in attendance stood and took the La Crosse Firefighter's Oath. In doing so, they pledge to faithfully execute their duties and uphold the highest of standards.
