VIDEO: About 80 firefighters battled a two-alarm fire Tuesday night on Milwaukee's northwest side. Video from News Chopper 12 first showed a lot of smoke and then flames coming through the roof. Firefighters were called just before 6 p.m. to Appleton Avenue and 75th Street. They remained at the scene several hours to put out hot spots and make sure the fire didn't spread to the restaurants in the strip of businesses. Garden of Eden Kingdom Living, on the second floor, was destroyed. "Everything, my whole life is up there. Flames, you see flames. Everything will be gone -- laptops, computers, freezers, you name it," business owner Karen Long said.
