Lodi and West Point municipalities examined the next steps for a Lodi Area Fire/Emergency Medical Services Department station at a joint meeting Aug. 21. All gathered to discuss proposed Fire and EMS 2018 budgets with the intent to pass them. They also discussed a Request for Proposal that solicits a firm to conduct a comprehensive review of long-term facility needs, as well as new site locations for a joint EMS and Fire station. The city of Lodi, town of Lodi and the town of West Point, along with staff from the Lodi Fire and EMS departments were present at the meeting.
