When Jessica Mootz started having contractions last Tuesday, she quickly realized she didn't have time to wait for her partner Andy Campbell to get home so she called 911. Onalaska firefighter/emts Tony Hilton and Scott weeks rushed to the scene. Mootz was in the bathroom at her home in Onalaska trying to reassure her eight-year-old daughter Adelaide that everything was OK. "I was so scared that something was wrong," Mootz recalled. Mootz said that within minutes of her contractions starting, they were coming "one right after the other" and she knew things were moving faster than she'd anticipated.
