The Fitchburg Fire Department says they will return to the scene of a structure fire Friday morning to determine the cause. It says the fire does not seem suspicious at this time. Firefighters say the three people were evacuated from the building and worked with the Red Cross to find shelter for the night. None of those victims were injured during the fire. Firefighters are working to put out a structure fire at 3039 Woods Edge Way in Fitchburg. According to The Fitchburg Fire Department, the call for the fire came in Thursday night around 11:08 p.m. Dane County Dispatch says the Fitchburg Fire Department and Fitchburg Police Department were called to the scene. The intersection of Wood Edge Way at Mckee Road is blocked off as fire crews continue to put out the fire.
