A Central Wisconsin volunteer firefighter accused of sexual assault charges against a child had his bond modified in Marathon County court on Monday. Nicholas Koebach of Colby is now free on $10,000 cash bond and $90,000 signature bond and will be staying with his mother in Oconto County. A judge set strict orders for Koebach as part of the deal including absolute sobriety from alcohol and drugs. Additionally, Koebach may not leave Oconto County except to visit his attorney in Brown County or to appear in court in Marathon County. He also must stay in the house between the hours of 7 PM and 7 AM each night. Other details of the 35-year-old's bond include no contact with anyone under the age of 18.
