A onetime Baraboo destination will burn Saturday as the fire department conducts a training exercise at the Farm Kitchen Restaurant. Entrepreneur Randy Scott is working to establish Tumbled Rock Brewery inside the footprint of the Farm Kitchen, a vacant eatery once known for its Sunday brunches, dinner theater plays and civic club meetings. On Thursday, the fire department announced it would conduct live fire training at 7:30 a.m. Saturday at S5718 Highway 136. Sauk County Highway DL and 136 will be open to traffic during the exercise, but motorists are asked to avoid the area, as fire trucks will be entering and exiting.
