Life’s full of tough choices, and choosing a burger this month is one of them. The unions representing city police officers and firefighters are raising funds for their charities one burger at a time. They kicked off the second annual “Battle of the Burgers” Wednesday night at Waterfront Warehouse, 3322 Sheridan Road. Both sides bought their “A” game — and very different burgers. The Kenosha Professional Police Association burger features two 4-ounce all-beef patties between two cherrywood-smoked bacon and American grilled cheese sandwiches. It’s garnished with lettuce and tomato and served on Texas toast with fries.
