PHOTO: Five people were displaced by a fire at a home near Layton and Mitchell Sunday, July 1. It happened around noon. Everyone was able to get out of the home before firefighters arrived. No one was hurt. It’s believed the fire started in the attic. The cause is under investigation. The Red Cross was called in to assist those displaced. A damage estimate hasn’t been released.
