An apartment fire on Green Bay's west side has left some people without a home tonight. The apartment complex on Fisk street has 24 units. As of tonight eight of them are a total loss. The investigation into what started the fire is still ongoing, but the community is glad everyone made it out safely. The fire happened quickly according to one witness who saw the fire from start to finish. Fire departments from Green Bay, Howard, Suamico and De Pere all battled the flames for a couple of hours. Many people stopped by to see what was happening, but were also concerned. "I just dropped off a coworker and I saw smoke and I told my fiancé, lets drive over there make sure everybody's okay," says passerby Michael Stangel.
