Two firefighters injured after SUV crashes into firetruck in Farmington Twp.

An SUV crashed into a fire truck on US 10 in Farmington Township on Sunday night. The Waupaca County Sheriff's Department says they received a 911 call about the crash near Morgan Drive. An accident report says an SUV, driven by a 48-year-old man, rear-ended a fire truck in the eastbound lanes. The truck had its emergency lights activated. It was on the shoulder of the road responding to an earlier accident. The driver was airlifted to ThedaCare in Neenah, and is in severe condition. His name hasnt been released. Two firefighters suffered minor injuries. No names have been released.

FYI...this was not Amherst Fire Department, it was Waupaca Area Fire District. The source had wrong information.
