There are several lucky ducks in Rock County that were freed from a tight spot by a firefighter last week, according to a news release. The Beloit Fire Department said firefighter DeCarlos Nora helped rescue a group of ducklings that were stuck in a storm drain Friday. The fire department shared pictures of the Nora pulling the ducklings from the drain. In one picture posted to Facebook Monday, it appeared there were 11 baby ducks rescued from the drain. "The adorable ducklings were reunited with Mama Duck," the fire department said. "We hope they stay away from sewer grates in the future!"
