A 17-year-old Milwaukee girl is being held on $1 million bond in connection with the death of a Kenosha man whose body was found in his burning home on 14th Avenue on June 5, with authorities saying she bragged on social media about shooting someone in the hours after the man’s death. Chrystul Kizer appeared in court for a bond hearing Monday afternoon. District Attorney Michael Graveley said investigators believe Kizer shot 34-year-old Randall Volar III twice in the head as he sat in a chair in his home. Graveley said he expects charges of first-degree intentional homicide, arson and auto theft will be filed against Kizer Wednesday. Volar was found dead in his burning home, 7732 14th Ave., on June 5.
