VIDEO: Green Bay Metro firefighters put it all on the line when they head out on a fire call. But as Local 5's Kris Schuller shows us, sometimes they throw in a little bit extra to help those they serve. On Nancy Avenue Tuesday afternoon - a call for help went out. A snow blower on fire - assistance needed from firefighters like Cory Bereza and Mike Vanden Avond. “It wasn't the great conflagration that we would normally encounter but we still had to respond out there,” said Lt. Corey Bereza. “Upon arrival it was still on fire,” said Battalion Chief Mike Vanden Avond. That call was made by the woman recording this video - Tabitha Gegare. “She was having a bad day, she felt bad for bringing us out in the weather to take care of something small,” said Bereza.
