VIDEO: A fire in Fitchburg overnight Wednesday completely destroyed three vehicles. It happened in the parking lot of the New Fountains Apartments. Benjamin Blunt was visiting his mother-in-law Wednesday night at the apartments complex. He said he checked on his van just before midnight and everything was OK. “So I go in the house for about 15 -20 minutes. I come back outside and my van is smoked,” said Benjamin Blunt. Blunt's van was one of several vehicles destroyed by a fire in the parking lot of the apartment complex on Williamsburg Way.
