VIDEO: The day after records were released regarding complaints against former Mosinee Fire Chief Doug Jennings and former Deputy Chief Emily Dobeck, one person who wrote a complaint to the mayor is speaking out. "I just felt in my heart I had to do something about it," said the source, who asked to remain anonymous because she's completing her fire training at a different department. In a letter to the mayor she wrote last year, she claimed Jennings and Dobeck singled her out to the point where she felt she was forced to resign. She said that was very difficult for her because of how passionate she is about firefighting.
