A Waterloo woman has been arrested for allegedly setting fire to a recreational vehicle parked behind her home last week. Sharice Demetria Schoonover, 25, of 325 Reber Ave., was arrested Tuesday for first-degree arson. Her bond was set at $25,000. Police said the fire followed an ongoing dispute with roommate Damarius O’Neal. O’Neal had removed his belongings from the house and stored them in the motor home where he planned to stay. At some point, he had a female friend over, which upset Schoonover, court records state.
