Ashwaubenon Public Safety and fire crews were called to 965 Duchateau Avenue for an overnight house fire. When officers arrived, they saw smoke and flames coming from the roof of the home. Chief Eric Dunning said that officers searched the first floor of the home and found no one inside. When firefighters arrived they did their own extensive search of the property. Neighbors told officers that the owner of the home was out of state. Fire crews were at the home for several hours putting out hot spots. Chief Dunning says the owner will be displaced due to the damage.
