The fire was reported at 8:45 p.m. May 24 at N3939 150th St. in the town of Union, where about 50 cattle were reportedly inside the structure. A 24-year-old man, believed to be a farmhand, was hospitalized at Mayo Clinic Health System-Red Wing. The Pierce County Sheriff’s Office identified him as Joshua Benck.
