Arrest warrants have been issued for two people charged with the fire of a rental property in 2014. Jamie M. Schewe, 33, and Jonathan Hopkins, 34, both of Glenwood City, are charged with arson of a building with intent to defraud. Their current whereabouts are unknown. According to the criminal complaint: On Aug. 28, 2014, a Dunn County sheriff’s deputy arrived to the scene of a burned structure in the town of New Haven. Schewe and Hopkins were renting the single family residence that had caught fire. A deputy interviewed Schewe, and she said the fire started because of a heat lamp near an aquarium. However, during the investigation it was found that the fire didn’t originate from where the heat lamp was located.
