A man escaped a fiery crash Wednesday night in Brown County. Sheriff's officials say the crash happened around 10:20 p.m. on Interstate 41 just south of Northfield Road in Suamico. Investigators say a 25-year-old man from the New London area was headed north when he crashed his vehicle into an unoccupied disabled vehicle that was parked on the side of the highway. When officers arrived, the man's vehicle was on fire; he told them he thought he remembered crawling out of his vehicle before it started on fire. The man was taken to the hospital with minor chest injuries.
