VIDEO: La Crosse city officials are unsure what to do with hundreds of used needles found in a dumpster. A business owner was shocked to find them in the trash and frustrated that first responders weren't able to remove them. It's not unusual for the La Crosse Fire Department to receive a call about used syringes found in the community. "Typically, there will be one or two needles, sometimes, you know, a handful of needles that we'll find," said Jeff Murphy, assistant chief of the La Crosse Fire Department.
