PHOTO: Emergency management in Sheboygan and Fond du Lac counties are asking for volunteers Sept. 10-14 to help clean up debris from the Aug. 28 storm. A Volunteer Reception Center is set up at the Plymouth Fire Station, 111 E. Main St., in the city of Plymouth. It will be open from 9 a.m. to noon and 4 to 7 p.m. Sunday through Friday. People can register at the center and will be assigned to specific locations throughout the counties throughout the week. The center will not be sending volunteers directly to sites upon registration so there is no need to come dressed and ready to go out. Emergency management asks that people not report directly to affected communities.
