Wisconsin Public Service has restored power to thousands of households early Friday morning following a round of storms that knocked out power across central Wisconsin Thursday night. As of 7:45 a.m. Friday, more than 3,900 people were without power. Just under 1,300 people remain without electricity. Rhinelander has the highest number of residents without power at 577.
