Several people are out of their homes after a structure fire at a four unit apartment building in Kimberly Saturday afternoon. Fire crews responded to the West 4th Street building just after 4:30 pm to find the top level balcony engulfed in flames. Fortunately, they were able to put the fire out immediately. Three of the units were occupied during the fire, and those residents were able to escape safely. The fourth unit was unoccupied. No injuries were reported. "Not sure about the lower levels, but the upper levels are not habitable," said Kimberly Fire Chief Bob Van Thiel. "I would expect that nobody would be living here for a little while." It's not yet known what caused the fire, and the investigation continues.
