Crews responded to a house fire early Monday morning in Harrison County.
According to 911 officials, the fire began around 12:15 a.m. on Sandy Hollow Road near Green Valley Road in Bridgeport.
One woman was home at the time of the fire, but she was able to get out. She was transported to United Hospital Center by Anmoore EMS for smoke inhalation, according to Bridgeport Fire Chief Phil Hart.
The Bridgeport Fire Department, along with volunteer departments from Flemington, Stonewood, Shinnston and Anmoore, responded to the scene.
