PHOTOS: Firefighters responded to a fire that destroyed a Huntington home Wednesday afternoon. Emergency dispatchers said a house on Adams Avenue caught fire about 3:30 p.m., temporarily shutting down a portion of the roadway. Dispatchers said the family was not at home when the fire started. No injuries have been reported. The West Virginia Fire Marshals Office is investigating, but firefighters said that the fire does not appear suspicious.
