Fort Mojave Mesa Fire Department is hiring for Entry Level and Lateral Firefighter/Paramedic & Firefighter/EMT positions.
The department requires the candidate PHQ. You can access the questionnaire through your National Testing Network candidate account at https://nationaltestingnetwork.com/publicsafetyjobs/ . The PHQ must be completed by the closing date or you may not be considered further in the process.

Application Process:
ALL ENTRY LEVEL APPLICANTS:
Must complete the National Testing Network FireTEAM exam and valid NTN CPAT are required by the close date.
ALL LATERAL APPLICANTS:
Lateral Firefighter/Paramedic & Firefighter/EMT: Must take the National Testing Network Candidate Physical Ability Exam (CPAT) and email or mail your certificate to the department along with your application, resume, and cover letter by the close date.
Salary Information: $13.95 to $19.09 Plus $2.40 Medic Pay

High School Grad/GED : Yes
Valid ARIZONA State Driver's License : Yes
Ability to Read/Speak English : Yes
Vision: 20/20
Necessary Certifications: AZ state Fire Fighter I & II or IFSAC Firefighter I and II (or course work showing educational requirements meeting the current version of NFPA 1001). National Registry or AZ State E.M.T. or Paramedic certification
