East Side Fire District
Location: Lake Coeur d’Alene, ID
The Fire Chief performs a variety of supervisory, technical and administrative tasks in leading Department operations in its mission of "Life Safety and the Protection of Property". Position functions include leading, coaching, planning, organizing, direction and implementing fire prevention/suppression capabilities, emergency medical services, general emergency response capabilities, training and education programs and fire code compliance. Supervises District personnel including, motivating, counseling, evaluation and disciplining volunteers and employees. Represents the District within and across County, State and Federal agencies.
