Wage: $21.79/Hr to $30.46/Hr (Hourly Rate Depends on Benefit Level Required)
The Sisters-Camp Sherman Rural Fire Protection District, in
conjunction with the Black Butte Ranch and Cloverdale Fire Districts,
is seeking a highly skilled, motivated and innovative leader to fill a
position as our Volunteer Recruitment and Retention Coordinator.
This is a full-time, SAFER Grant funded position that is responsible
for the recruitment and retention of volunteer firefighters. The
Volunteer Recruitment & Retention Coordinator reports directly to
the Deputy Chief of Operations. The position is funded until
December of 2022 with no guarantee of employment after the grant
period runs out. This position is an employee of Sisters-Camp
Sherman Fire District, but performs work for the Black Butte Ranch
and Cloverdale Fire Districts through a Memorandum of
Understanding. Anticipated start date is early December, 2020
