The Fire Department is responding to the growing needs of the City, consider joining our team as Deputy Fire Chief. The talent you bring will help us plan, direct, and oversee the support and operations divisions of the Fire Department.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in business, fire science or public administration and two years of experience in the position of Fire Battalion Chief; or an Associate's degree in fire science and four years of experience as a Fire Battalion Chief are required. A combination of experience and education which provide the applicant with the desired skills, knowledge and ability required to perform the job will be considered.
