The City of Burbank is currently seeking Fire Fighter (Lateral) applicants. We are specifically looking for those candidates who possess a current State of California EMT-P or current National Registry Paramedic Certification. We will be conducting an expedited lateral Fire Fighter/Paramedic recruitment.

Qualifications include two years of experience as a paid professional Fire Fighter with a municipal ?re department. Based on your experience as a Fire Fighter, you may be hired at a higher step than the bottom of the salary range. The salary range is $6,146.66 - $8,266.57 per month + 16% percent paramedic bonus upon completion of orientation (see attached job announcement).
