Kamiah Fire-Rescue (KFR) operates under a joint-powers agreement between the City of Kamiah and Kamiah Fire Protection District.
KFR is a combination-based, fire/EMS system that operates with a fire chief, division chief of operations, and a station captain, as a part of the seven full-time personnel, 25 volunteer firefighters/EMS response personnel, and eight cadets/senior project students.
