The City of San Marcos is currently recruiting for a non-safety Fire Inspector to join the San Marcos Fire Department. As a Fire Inspector, the city will depend on your behind-the-scenes expertise to keep things running safely so we can continue to best serve the public. You will use your versatile skill set to perform technical fire safety inspections and other assignments throughout the city. This full time position offers competitive health benefits, participation in the CalPERS retirement system, generous paid time off and a 9/80 work schedule. Don't delay - applications will be accepted through 4:30pm on July 14th, 2022.
